An author and illustrator sitting back-to-back at a table, drawing and writing with markers, surrounded by tattoo-style illustrations of objects like bones, skulls, anchors, and stars.

The StoryMakers Club is a space for authors and illustrators of children’s books who don’t want to create in isolation.

‍I started The StoryMakers Club together with Federico Van Lunter because I saw how many authors and illustrators were creating on their own, without the kind of support that actually helps you grow.

I’ve seen numerous times, how powerful it is to look at your work through different eyes. Not just from an editor’s perspective, but alongside others who are building their stories too.

The StoryMakers Club brings together creators who want to take their craft seriously, while staying connected to the joy of creating. True StoryMakers. It’s here that they thrive through honest feedback, shared experience, and meaningful progress.

We wanted to create a place we wished had existed when the two of us started in this amazing world of creating and storytelling.

So if you want to create with likeminded StoryMakers and are convinced the best stories are made together; The StoryMakers Club will be exactly what you’ve been looking for.
